"Impressive" would be the best way to describe my recent experience with Pepe Infiniti. I was looking to acquire a new FX 35 and had contacted Pepe after some not so pleasant experience with other dealers. Anthony Grant handled my order like no other salesperson I had dealt with before. He was able to locate the vehicle to my exact specifications as I requested in almost no time at all. There was no need for time wasting negotiation because I was given the best offer from the start. For once, I was not persuaded to take a vehicle that I didn't want just for the sake of a sale. Pepe Infiniti has a stellar team that delivers quality service in every department and is truly committed to customer satisfaction. I will gladly refer anyone interested in purchasing an Infiniti to Pepe without hesitation.

From the moment we walked in the door - unplanned (we had been at a restaurant around the corner and remembered Pepe from a previous Infiniti we owned prior to our Lexus) - your staff was warm, welcoming, instructive and courteous. It took about a month of incredible effort by our salesman, Jim Knudsen, but in the end, he located and secured the exact car we wanted (something no other dealer within 100 miles would or could do!) at the most favorable price we could get. Overall, a very satisfactory experience!!

Wonderful experience at Pepe Infiniti. Very friendly atmosphere. Was not pressured to make decision I did not want to make. I felt as if a friend was doing what was necessary to get me in the car I wanted. Not some pushy salesman trying to force me into lease a car. I owe my wonderful experience to one of your salesmen, "Mel Herrman". He is a very good person, honest, relaxed, not pushy, just had the feeling that he was trying to do what was best for me. My wife left it in the kitchen for a few days to get my attention. No luck. My children put the sales brochure on my pillow on my bed one evening and I started to look it over. Within 48 hours, I was driving my new M35. Because I love the Q45 so much, I am keeping it in the family and my 18 year old nephew is driving it with 105,000 miles and nothing wrong with it.
