From the first phone call, the salesperson told me he would find me whatever car I wanted, even if he didn't have it at his dealership. I had been to another dealership the prior week who was pushing me into a car that he had in his stock and I wasn't happy, so this first phone call put me at ease with that. Then he offered to let me take home the vehicle for 24 hours also. So between these 2 things, I really wanted to purchse my Infiniti at Pepe even though it is farther from home.

When it comes to car dealerships, I normally only return for major servicing. I always find them busy, long waits to drop off and delays in picking up. And I speak from experience. In the last 8 years, I've owned/leased from Mercury, Toyota and GMC and never returned after the first oil change. Your service department seems to get it. They were efficient, friendly and anticipated my needs (offering a loaner, etc.) without me having to ask. And for the price - I don't feel I'm getting overcharged. Please keep it up!
