I just leased another car from Pepe INFINITI today and had a perfect experience, as I have come to expect from the folks at Pepe INFINITI. Pedro Estrella was my Sales and Leasing Specialist and he was terrific. He is very professional, really cares about his customers, has a great attitude, and he doesn’t pressure you at all. He wants you to be happy and he goes the extra steps to make sure that you have a terrific experience. Chris Frey, the General Sales Manager, who we have come to know, as repeat customers, helped us as well, and he is terrific. The finance folks are always extremely professional and very efficient. I have been leasing cars at Pepe INFINITI for over ten years and have proudly referred many friends, colleagues, and coworkers to Pepe. It is not always common for car dealers to have repeat and loyal customers, but the folks at Pepe INFINITI are great people, and have many loyal customers like me. I am proud to be part of their family.

This service was for an oil change and though the experience took longer than two hours, the service representatives were warm, friendly and courteous. The waiting area was very clean and the snack were delectable. So if you happen to like Starbucks coffee, you’ll love their coffee bar!

promises car would be cleaned nonsuch luck when i pointed that out was told i would have to wait an extra 30 minutes if i wanted it washed my ride to dealer is 90 minutes said no thanks
